Can include telephone systems, camera systems, access controls and much more at discounted rates. Onsite and Server support is included. Advanced response times available. A bespoke agreement after consultation.

LinkUp Managed Support Services

A level of support that gives you peace of mind, less decisions to make and allows you to plan your budget more simply. This level of service gives you access to all services that you would expect from your traditional IT reactive support company; except we carry it out more pro actively. In addition to the services at basic Support Services level we include Virus and malware cleaning and removal, Server Management, Multiple Server and Workstation Support, Network Printers Support, System Audits and Reviews, Remote and On Site Support. Can include telephone systems, camera systems, access controls and much more at discounted rates. Onsite and Server support is included. Standard response times. A bespoke agreement after consultation.

LinkUp Basic Support Services

A simple agreement to give you our services when and if you need them. Included Services are: Telephone and Remote Support for computers and servers. Standard response times. Standard LinkUp agreement based on equipment audit.

LinkUp Pay as you go Support Services

LinkUp Pay as you go Support Services will recover your servers, workstations, laptops and remote systems if they have failed. Or our engineers will perform system service and advise as requested.
